We recommend Hong Kong for those who are unable to or do not want to apply for an ICP license to host inside Mainland China.  Our Hong Kong network is optimized for traffic to the Mainland with ping times between 20-50ms to most locations inside Mainland China.

 

 *China requires all web sites to have an ICP license per the local regulations and Ministry of IT.  You must be ready and able to apply for an ICP license through the Ministry of IT once you setup your website (we do not provide guidance or advisory services for ICP).  Websites without a valid ICP license may be blocked and/or shutdown per local regulations.  Hong Kong does not require an ICP license and is the recommended alternative for those who can't get an ICP license.
